Community Guidelines

1.Our Mission

Find My Partner is built to foster real, respectful, and meaningful relationships. We expect all users to act with honesty, integrity, and respect toward others.

2.Be Honest and Authentic

You must:

• Use your real identity and accurate personal information
• Upload your own photos
• Represent your age, gender, and intentions truthfully
• Complete verification steps honestly

Not allowed: fake profiles, catfishing or impersonation, using someone else's photos, or misleading information about yourself.

3.Respect Other Users

Treat everyone with respect and dignity. If someone is not interested, respect their boundaries.

• No harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• No threats or abusive language
• No hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, or disability
• No repeated unwanted messages or stalking behavior

4.No Scams or Fraud

We have zero tolerance for scams.

• No asking for money, gifts, or financial help
• No romance scams or manipulation
• No phishing or attempts to collect sensitive information
• No promoting investment schemes, crypto scams, or suspicious links

Tip: Never send money or share financial details with someone you meet online.

5.Keep Conversations Safe

You are responsible for your interactions.

• No sending sexually explicit or unsolicited content
• No sharing private or intimate images without consent
• No pressuring users for personal or sensitive information
• No moving conversations off-platform too quickly for unsafe purposes

6.Appropriate Content Only

Your profile and messages should be appropriate for a respectful environment.

• No nudity or sexually explicit content
• No pornographic material
• No violent or graphic content
• No illegal content
• No content promoting self-harm or dangerous behavior

7.Child Safety

Find My Partner is for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Accounts involved in either are removed permanently and immediately, and confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or the relevant regional authority.

If you encounter a member you believe is under 18, or any content or behaviour that sexualises a minor, report it straight away using the in-app Report option — the reasons include Underage user — or email support@findmypartner.app.

8.No Harassment or Stalking

You must not:

• Follow, monitor, or track another user's activity
• Contact someone after they've blocked or unmatched you
• Attempt to contact users outside the platform without consent

9.Protect Privacy

Respect your privacy and others'.

• No sharing someone else's personal information without permission
• No posting private conversations publicly
• No doxxing or exposing sensitive information

10.No Commercial Use or Spam

Find My Partner is for personal connections, not business promotion.

• No advertising products or services
• No promoting social media accounts for followers
• No affiliate links or marketing campaigns
• No mass messaging or spam

11.Use Photos Responsibly

Your photos must clearly show you, be recent and accurate, and not include watermarks, logos, or advertisements.

• No fake, edited, or misleading images
• No photos of other people without permission
• No celebrity or stock images

12.Reporting and Blocking

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, you should:

• Tap Report Profile on their profile, or the menu in your chat with them
• Tap Block User on their profile, or Block from the chat menu — they immediately stop appearing anywhere in the app and can no longer contact you
• Contact us at support@findmypartner.app

We review every report within 24 hours and take action on accounts that break these guidelines. Reporting someone also blocks them for you automatically. You can undo a block any time in Settings → Blocked Users.

13.Enforcement Actions

If you violate these guidelines, we may take action, including:

• Warning you
• Removing content
• Limiting account features
• Suspending your account
• Permanently banning your account

Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without notice.

14.Safety Tips

To stay safe:

• Never share financial information
• Avoid sending money to anyone you meet on the app
• Meet in public places for the first time
• Inform a friend or family member before meeting someone
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, it probably is

15.Our Role

We work to maintain a safe environment, but:

• We do not conduct full background checks on all users
• We cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of any user
• Users are responsible for their own interactions

16.Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the Services means you agree to the updated version.
